Resources

Finding the right information, evaluation, or source of support can be an important part of navigating psychological, developmental, educational, and medical concerns. This page includes commonly requested referral resources, such as psychological and neuropsychological evaluations, educational and developmental services, and other community-based supports, as well as topic-specific resources for individuals and families managing more complex health needs.

Additional resource pages include chronic pain, Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), POTS and dysautonomia, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS) and hypermobility, rare and undiagnosed diseases, caregiver and family support, advocacy and accommodations, and crisis and emergency support. These resources are provided for general education and referral purposes and do not replace individualized medical, psychological, or emergency care.
